The Edwardian-style building has modernized charm right on the edge of the beach, with beautifully refurbished rooms offering a glimpse of classic architecture. Access to nearby gardens and artsy spots provides plenty of options to unwind. The pool is a solid way to chill out on a warm day.
The shower head needed replacing, and a persistent, uncontrollable bathroom radiator made for a stuffy experience during a September heatwave. On top of that, waiting past 3pm for our room to be ready felt a bit like a drag. While the breakfast buffet may be varied, its quality left something to be desired—a comparison to local diners was more than warranted.

I recently stayed in a well laid out single room with a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast spread was simply delightful! The pool area looked inviting, and I loved the cozy bar area where I relaxed after a long day. One minor hiccup was a bit of noise from a neighboring room, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyable stay. 😊

The outdoor heated pool clean and relaxing. The food took long to arrive during dinner, which was frustrating.

The outdoor heated swimming pool offers a refreshing escape after a day of exploration. With fantastic views of the sea from selected rooms and great access to local attractions, it’s a spot that caters well to those wanting a relaxed atmosphere with breathtaking scenery.
The room felt cramped with temperature control issues making it uncomfortably hot, even with the radiators off. Facilities needed more attention. for instance, the shower head required replacement, and the bathroom could really use a decent update. noise from the events in the public areas occasionally disrupted the tranquility expected from a beachside retreat.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed, they even helped with the stroller when we struggled. The poolside bar was a nice touch and we enjoyed a cold drink by the pool, really nice on a hot day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but I mean, you get what you pay for.

Heated outdoor swimming pool, dog-friendly environment, well-maintained public spaces
Inconsistent Wi-Fi access is frustrating!!! Limited parking availability makes it tough during peak times. It's odd that some rooms lack direct lift access, creating unnecessary hassle with mobility issues!!!

Marsham Court served as an excellent base for exploring Bournemouth's stunning coastline. The sea views from my room were breathtaking, enhancing my stay. Although the lift could use better maintenance, the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere made up for it. I'll gladly return!
